Willowbrook, a picturesque town nestled between rolling hills and lush forests, exudes an enchanting charm with its cobblestone streets and cozy cottages. This welcoming community is a place where the magic of everyday life flourishes.
Ember, the beloved librarian of Willowbrook, sighed as she glanced out the window of her office on St. Patrick's Day. The day had been anything but lucky so far—her morning coffee had spilled on her favorite sweater, she'd misplaced her reading glasses, and a stack of books had toppled over, scattering papers across her desk.
As she was cleaning up the mess, Mrs. Grayson, the owner of the Enchanted Emporium, entered the library with a stack of books in her arms.
"Good afternoon, Ember," she said. "I’m returning my loans, and I must say, the Feline Felony Mystery was my favorite. Thank you for recommending it."
Ember's spirits lifted. "I’m so glad you enjoyed it. The author, Penelope Pawsworth, is going on a virtual book tour soon, and I’ve sent a request to her publicist asking for our book club to be included."
